Stage 1 of Hair Loss

Some people notice their hair is starting to fall out when they're barely out of their teens. While for other people it doesn't happen till their in their 40's or even later in life. Hair loss can affect anyone and everyone. Any age, size, race, nationality even gender can be affected by hair loss. It's usually men that notice their hair is falling out due to natural causes though. In the case of women hair loss is more often than not a symptom from something else. I won't get in to that here. I would assume that if your reading this your experiencing some hair loss. There are different stages of hair loss. Let's talk about the first stage.

The first thing that you notice is that the hair on the side of your temples doesn't seem to come as far forward as it used to. It's hardly noticeable really, and because you see yourself every day when you look in the mirror it can take quite a while before you notice it.

When you do finally notice it though you can't see anything else but that when you see yourself in the mirror. It's like those magic eye pictures, you can spend hours looking at them and see nothing but then when you do see the picture you can't see anything else but that picture from then on! It's the same with your hairline. When it starts reseeding your eyes are drawn to that bald patch (no matter how small it is) every time you see yourself.

Other people probably don't even notice it, but you know it's there and you know it will get worse! This is were something funny happens. You know your hair is falling out and you know it will keep falling out but some how you manage to dismiss it! "It's only temporary, it'll grow back" and "it's stopped falling out now" are some of the things you say to yourself. No man wants to accept that they're on the way to loosing most of their hair. Sometimes you'll think of checking out ways to prevent any more hair from dropping out. That's as far as it goes though. You think about way to prevent it but never actually do anything about preventing it.

Stage 1 of hair loss is nearly always about denial! I defy anyone who didn't worry even a little when they notice their hairline reseeding! It's easier to deny what's happening to you rather than to face up to it and do something about it. It's human nature to try and make things easy for yourself. The best way to do that is to deny it's happening at all.

If your experiencing the first stage of hair loss and your hair line isn't where it used to be go to http://www.regrow-your-hair.net for information and help on how to prevent your hair loss from going any further. It's not hard to keep a hold of your hair. You just need to know how to do it.
